Full name, ID/Passport, date of birth, physical and postal addresses, email, and phone number.

Bank name, branch, account number, account type (cheque/savings), and tax number for payments.

Emergency Contact
Emergency contact name and phone number for record-keeping purposes.

Affiliate Code
Unique tracking code assigned by MillennialNxt for all submissions.

Affiliate
Individual registered as Finder, Lead Generator, or Growth Recruiter under this agreement.
Client Lead
Potential client submitted using your unique Affiliate Code for tracking.
Candidate
Job applicant submitted using your unique code for placement opportunities.
Placement
Successful employment of a candidate with a MillennialNxt client.
Client Basket
Record of all clients you introduce. Earn commission for up to 12 months while active.
Commissionable Fee
50% of invoiced placement or TaaS fee eligible for commission allocation among affiliates.
Three Tiers
Affiliate Roles & Responsibilities
All three tiers earn simultaneously on the same placement where they contributed. Finder commission on client leads applies for all placements with that client for up to 12 months while active.
Finder
Register candidate CVs and client leads, open Client Basket, submit via code. Earn R500 per CV and 20% on client leads.
Lead Generator
Validate candidates and client leads, schedule appointments, ensure quality, manage Finders. Earn R750 per CV and 30% on client leads.
Growth Recruiter
Manage client meetings, secure agreements, oversee placement execution, manage Lead Generators and Finders. Earn R1000 per CV and 50% on client leads.
Career Progression & Milestones
Advance through tiers by meeting specific requirements and demonstrating consistent performance over time.

Finder (Entry-Level)
Working laptop and internet, dedicated Google account, submit CVs and client leads via code. No further processing required.

Lead Generator (≥3 Months)
Average 30 CVs/month (90 total), 20 client leads/month (60 total), LinkedIn banner approved, share ≥10 posts/month, follow MillennialNxt page.

Growth Recruiter (≥6-12 Months)
Complete Lead Generator milestones, demonstrate recruitment lifecycle understanding, manage client meetings and placements effectively.
Commission Plans
Client Plans Eligible for Commission
50% of all invoiced fees are allocated to the commission pool, distributed among contributing affiliates based on their tier percentages.
Commission Rules & Payment
Simultaneous Earnings
All tiers earn based on contribution (Finder/Lead Generator/Growth Recruiter) for the same placement.
Payment Schedule
Paid monthly on the 20th via bank transfer, covering the previous 20th-20th period.
Adjustments
Commissions cease if candidate leaves employment or client invoicing stops. No commissions payable after termination.
Reporting
Monthly commission reports provided every Saturday before the next payment period starts.

Tracking, Confidentiality & Status
Tracking & Reporting
All submissions recorded via Affiliate Code with timestamps. First-come, first-serve rules apply. MillennialNxt's system records are final and auditable.
Confidentiality
Maintain confidentiality of all client and candidate information. Comply with data protection laws including POPIA.
Independent Contractor
You are an independent contractor, not an employee. Responsible for all tax obligations and statutory contributions from commissions earned.
Supervision Structure
MillennialNxt operates a tiered supervision model ensuring quality, accountability, and mentorship at every stage. Each tier supervises 3-5 direct reports.
In-House Recruiter
Supervises 3-5 Growth Recruiters. Oversees all recruitment activity, ensures placement quality, handles contracts and invoicing.
Growth Recruiter
Supervises 3-5 Lead Generators. Conducts client meetings, secures agreements, oversees candidate placements and quality.
Lead Generator
Supervises 3-5 Finders. Validates CVs and leads, schedules appointments, coaches Finders' performance.
Finder
No supervision responsibilities. Submits candidate CVs and client leads, learns recruitment fundamentals under Lead Generator guidance.
